Shipping Policy
All items are shipped via USPS, UPS, FEDEX The billing address and shipping address MUST MATCH for products to be shipped. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with your order.
Simply Ka’Toure Hair Co. LLC will not be responsible for any lost packages. Please contact the shipping provider regarding any packages that have not been received after it has been shipped and delivery has been confirmed.
All packages require a signature. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to us. You will be contacted once your package arrives for reshipment. International Orders incur additional charges via the international custom charging policy. The customer is
responsible for these charges whereas our shipping cost does not cover the additional charges.
